>>2129012Tends to depend on how much work went into the edit, for me. pic related. Moving a line and extending a solid color background doesn't usually make my "oc" folder, though. They did get rid of the noise in the blue around the character rather than just color grab the blue and extend it (assuming what you posted is the same original they worked with) so that's nice but I'd re-apply a noise filter to make it look consistent with the art/original image. In the vertical pink line they moved to the left, they forgot to remove that other line going over top of it.
