Its from a postcard of the Waldorf Restaurant circa 1963. This was back when Charles County MD was the only place outside of Nevada to play legal slots, so it attracted a lot of money and lots of big restaurants/motels/clubs/gambling establishments were built.
TFW This building was abandoned in the late 1990s and demolished in 2018
