if, like some physics theorists profess, there are infinite universes, then there are some universes in which you are god or Jesus Christ. The human race is the most godlike being we know of, it is conceivable that collectively we are god. Religion is stupid and fascile, but the belief in god is not. Religion IS NOT the belief in god but the belief that ritual can invoke god and bring god into your life. Religion is stupid but the belief in god is not. Only a godlike being could produce atom bombs and cars, and philosophies, and space ships. Unless we have definitive absolute proof of superior beings then the human brain is the most godlike structure in existence and any one of us had the potential to further the efforts of the search for logic, truth, creativity, and order.
maybe you are not god, maybe I am not god but collectively maybe we are god because we are the universe thinking about itself
