I'm right now on erasmus in Italy. I finally got out of my university, which is a mess. I finally got out of my city, which I hate. I finally got out of my home, which I was fed up with.
And yet, despite all of that, I was watching anime five minutes ago instead of wandering through the city with the cute belgian I met the other night. I was watching anime instead of having a beer with my hungarian flatmate. I ate alone today because I was too shy to invite my polish flatmates to join me; I haven't even had a proper conversation with them cause I can't get myself to do shit.
I tried to meet new people, but conversations are just too akward, like, I can't tell that my hobbies consist on funposting on a vietnamese basket weaving forum.
