For the past few days, I've been unusually productive. I've finally settled into a steady routine and I am finally able to get things done. I feel fulfilled and my anxiety is nearly gone. My depression is similarly gone.
But I still have a nagging fear that eventually, all my motivation will be gone and my depression will come back with a vengeance.
How do I overcome this fear?
