My final year at uni (college) was the worst year of my life. I had a job lined up after but just finishing it seemed impossible. Went to the docs and got anti-depressants, helped a bit but still felt inadequate. I got referred to cognitive behavioural therapy for 8 weeks. Thought it was bullshit but honestly, it has really helped. Better place now - hope you find the same OP. Try talking therapy, even if you feel like it's stupid, like it won't help. Give it time and keep going - eventually being able to see why you believe what you do, and that it isn't your fault, helps day to day...
