I don't feel any different now than I did 20 years ago. Some of it is because I didn't smoke or drink nor did any drugs. Maintaining a fit body will go a long way in staving off the deleterious effects of aging.
Good diet, exercise, good sleep, and little stress now is the best gift you can give your older self.
