>>6536428OP here. Sorry to hear that anon. I am in college too, and it is tough. I got rejected by all PhD programs, and I am currently trying to get admitted to Masters programs. For my Bachelors, I also got rejected most places the first time around. My advice is this: you will not get to go to college with your best friends; great. You will grow from this. You will get new best friends other places and learn things about yourself you couldn't have otherwise. This will also strengthen your relationships with your old true friends. Finally, do not give up. The system is set up to file out people as they climb up the ladder, the ones that make it are the ones that are persistent, and the ones that have money. Find what you love, go for it, persevere and fucking make it happen. You are capable of it.
