>>7787202That's one of the more accurate depictions I've seen. Herbert describes Leto II pretty specifically in God Emperor, and most of it fairly early in the book. His appearance, and how it affects him, is a critical plot element and core to his psychology. It's one of the big sacrifices he made in accepting his role on the Golden Path.
