Leave college, there's nothing for you there. Get into a trade possibly. Another possibility would be getting some sort of IT security certification like the OSCP for an IT security job. College is an overpriced high school.
As for your gf help her find a job, and if she's opposed to this and wants to be a NEET living under your roof, dump her. You should be working as a unit with both of you contributing in some way. If she is truly holding you back as you say, then she isn't really a gf worth investing in, and the "stability" you claim she gives you is an illusion that will collapse with time. If she truly loves you, she will understand, if she doesn't, then she will do everything to paint you as the villain, don't fall for it.
It's never too late anon, never fall into this mode of thinking. Success can still happen for you in whatever way you want if you work hard for it and persevere despite failure. One of the other illusion/tricks of the powerful is that it is somehow a requirement to be young to succeed. One of the other illusions is that success means riches or fame, when in reality it means happiness. Find your happiness, don't pursue the hollow things of the world.
