1. Acquire wood background (or whatever you wish for the background) and put in Photoshop.
2. Find the rectangle tool (press U if you can't find it, if it's another shape displayed, right click the dark-highlighted tool and select rectangle).
3. Make one thin pane and on thick pane.
4. CTRL + J (CMD + J), press v, CTRL + T (CMD + T)
5. right click selected rectangles, press Flip Horizontal, use arrow keys to move to the other side of the original panes
6. make the stroke on the rectangles to white (or desired colour) (make sure your rectangle tool is selected to do this)
7. find your desired wallpaper (space, sky, etc) to go in the panes
8. apply to the canvas, then do CTRL + J (CMD + J)
9. create a clipping mask with each of the images to a different pane.
10. Boom, finished.
Sorry if this is a bad tutorial or it took too long to write. Oh well.
