Retro Electro is another phrase I think. Basically just mash together those words into google or wherever and look at the tags on the stuff you like and follow the bread crumbs. This is honestly some of the hardest shit to come across.

An alternative with one t-rex head. The original is actually fucking huge so you could resize it to whatever. Just search for "neon scape dinosaur" on deviant art if you want it.

While not strictly fitting the style.
I went in trying to get an 80s feel with the light streaks.
I was inspired after seeing the game Driftstage. And I wanted to give it a try making a wp looking similar.
It didn't really end up like that, but I'm happy with it.
