it's a dock from JSMeterVII on rainmeter, it opens apps/websites/folders(file explorer)
I don't know if you can set a kind of drop down menu with this one but it'd be great

if you
- change background to fit theme (something non-aggressive by colors)
- do something with trash (probably hide and open it using file manager)
- hide the search bar (you can search when you open start menu and start typing)
- modify panel (icons, autohiding)
it will be really nice

Rainmeter looks badly distributed because the screenshot sticks the 2 monitors together... it's more symmetrical seen on screens

I like the rainmeter, it's definitely got good stuff going on for it, the only thing that urks me is some of skyrim's textures suck dick.

It would be neat if you got skyrim running on a really powerful rig with a ultra4k texture mod, and some other visual enhancers, and used that as wallpaper.

although as a concept it kicks ass

except for the time, have some margins and move the stats a bit close to the center instead of being on the edge. Look at how skyrim's hud is not directly placed on the edges.

this is my preference but id have the links centered on the left side of the screen.

This is one of the first rainmeter based desktops I really like. The wallpaper works well/fits with it (it feels very overwatch-y) but not in a hokey way (things that are supposed to be sitting on the background image or something dumb like that), and the layout is very good. Nice job
