>>6502672I don't often collect anime-inspired wallpapers. However, every time this picture has my attention, it brings back a life I’ve almost forgotten. I know it’s only anime wallpaper, but it enlivens the sentimental identity that I can’t seem to leave out. It’s breathtaking. All of it. It’s a work of art I thought I could only hear in a dream. Yet, it exists right in front of my eyes.
It’s a simple concept that is nonetheless memorable: a lonely person staring out to the city lights surrounded by the night sky. She’s isolated from a place inhabited by countless people unaware of her existence. The scene is imprinted with human monuments, complementing the purity of its natural environment.
However, the most impressive part of this work I can remember clearly above the rest is the only character depicted in it. I can’t even see her face, but I just believe, of all the people she has ever encountered, there’s still a certain soul she misses the most. I’m certain her expression would be more heartfelt if she found that missing person in her life.
I know we’re not expected to clarify why certain wallpapers are heartfelt to us, but this a beautiful dream I never thought I could illustrate to people. I just wanted to share it with everyone.
