So i am trying to get a custom playmat made for mtg. Provlem is i don't have a computer to modify this image with and google has failed me for a better resolution. It needs to be somewhere around 3675 x 2175 @ 150 PPI. Any suggestions for what i can do would be awesome

Also, any similar image suggestions are always appreciated.
