Also Latin likes to have the verb come at the end of the sentence. The English structure "subject --> verb --> object" isn't found as often.
If you want "the stars watch us" then you'd want: "stellae nos spectant"
If you want "the stars watch you (plural)" (what you originally had) then you'd want: "stellae vos spectant"
If you want "the stars see us" then you should use the verb "video, videre" . The third person plural present would be "vident".
