It's an image made to be read by the mind. There is so much in the world that your brain simply cannot process just because of the way we experience our senses. When you look at something, you brain needs to decode it from your active cones and rods, flip it upside down, and "render it" into something you can use the experience the world. Your brain makes leaps all the time simply because it has to.
You look at the Mona Lisa. You see a smiling girl. If you looked at the Mona Lisa and just saw ink on paper, then your brain has literally failed to process information. Your brain is non-functional.
The same applies to seeing an image in the clouds, an action scene in your favorite game, and even some real-life photography. Your brain looks at all the information it has and performs a short-cut to help your understand. That cloud looks like a bunny. Your just shot an alien. That lighting made her look different at first glance.
And, of course, the same thing happens with Anime or Hentai. If you watch and anime and all you see are moving lines and colors, your brain is not working. If you can watch an anime and know what's going on, then you can watch a hentai and know what's going on. Your brain will look at it and give you a close approximation; "Woman," "Breasts," "Sex."
Whether you find it arousing or not depends if you like those things.
So yes, I'm saying you're probably gay, or just lying on the internet because you want to seem cool.
That, or your brain is not performing one of its most basic functions, the kind that even animals do every day.
