Regardless, there's plenty of conditions that makes you cough blood, specially in low quantities (if only a little mixed with mucus is probably laringitis/bronquitis). You're overestimating how common is lung cancer, specially at your age. Chest pain symptoms are bs most of the time, almost for sure if their mild (just slightly bad posture at night will hurt slightly).
The first nurse was probably worried because she didn't see it, and hearing "I'm coughing up blood" is concerning. Then, confirmation bias, and you are suddenly convinced that it's lung cancer for sure. That was 1/3 nurses.
It is not. It could be, but it's extremely unlikely at your age. I'm making the effort to write this because I know how fucked health anxiety can be.
In any case, for lung cancer to be symptomatic (make you cough up blood) it has to be developed enough to be visible en the xray, so please, once they tell you you're clear, take it and don't start with "maybe they missed it".
