I'm just praying for for perovskite to actual last longer than a week but I haven't looked into it lately. I don't give a shit if it has lead in it, as long as you're not grinding them into powder then I don't see much of an issue especially with solar farms.
Regardless I think the reason we don't have more solar is big oil. You can check red states where they make laws so you no longer get paid when you put more energy into the grid.
IMO it's gotta go grassroots because even now its financially viable if you own a home and don't plan to move in 15 years (see all boomers)
