I play it on my laptop. GT70 2OC
i7 4700MQ GTX770m 8Go ram, this guys is 3yo ^^
I run it on low settings 720p around 30fps in Arena Comander, 20/25fps on Crusader, and a good 50fps in Star Marine.
Now you see the game, is playable with a not so great PC ^^
You can also wait for 3.0 patch with a good optimisation of netcode
