I'm exhausted and tired of being shot down every time I want to do something. Every attempt I make to make friends or do something to better myself is met with the same kind of apathy and hostility. It feels like all my effort is for nothing and I've been alone all this time. More than anything I'm tired of feeling like I don't have a place or a people to truly call my own. It's like the more you want to help people the more they show you that it's somehow stupid to care when I just care maybe a little too much.
