I could really use some advice and or nice backgrounds if you got any.

My girlfriend and I got into a huge argument last night, and it lead to me telling her to shut up at one point and her screaming at me. Not particularly a high in our relationship we talked after a while and went to bed. This morning I woke up and did my usual cycle getting ready for work and I noticed a card on my door from the police beareu when I left. It turns out one of our neighbors called the cops last night ,but they were only able to arrive today. This lead to her getting upset ( reasonably so ) about it and spending the night at her mom's. We live together and of the bits of conversation I got before she left she wants us to stop living together and potentially not date anymore.
