But now modern houses are neither functional nor beautiful, just boxes stacked randomly, without any sense of proportion or aesthetics, and rows and rows of pointless lights. The people who live these houses have 0 idea of architecture, they only want it because they’ve seen them in the deco section of some fashion magazine, or because these are the kind of houses in which football players and actors live, and they want to feel like them.
It's no coincidence that ALL photos of "modern" houses posted here were taken at night (except
>>7931408 >>7931409, which may be the only real interesting one), it’s the only way they have to look interesting, with all these nonsense lights, just to give the sensation of luxury.
