I think the original (or at least the first one I saw) was this purple one, and I made orange and green versions from that just by shifting the hue or whatever.
All the ones I have are exactly 1920x1080 though, and I'm using a 1920x1200 monitor now. I suppose it should be easy enough to make them larger...
