In about 2020 I saw a video in Japanese (assuming), seemed like some sort of amateur short film. It showed all the worst parts of a guys life, including one involving an umbrella (cant remember exactly what it was, just that there was an umbrella). After that hes shown in heaven and gets given the option to live his life again, which he agrees to and talks about why he chooses to as a montage of him reliving the same life plays. The main part I remember is him falling from heaven while screaming 'umbrella!!!'.
Cannot remember for the life of me where I saw it exactly, but I think it was either 4chan, Discord, or Instagram.
