If it doesn't crash with Linux, reinstall Windows.
If it does crash with Linux I'd say start changing out shit. Start with RAM, then get a cheap $40 GPU, then your PSU, motherboard, CPU, in that order. Get EVERYTHING off Amazon. And return it if it doesn't fix your problem.
