The military comes across an impenetrable bubble, in which they can see people living like in the 19th century, like another dimension. Military boss falls in love with a woman he sees in there, looking at her (people from inside the bubble don't see them), and makes plan to enter the bubble, which seems to open like 1 sec per day, so he creates a mechanism that throws ice cube at the bubble every few seconds to determine how it works and when he can enter.
He manages to get it and the woman turns into some kind of cannibal monster and eats him, the people end up being some kind of aliens, use a strange watch to disappear again.
