I am trying to comprehend AC circuits. Please tell if this is correct.
An inductor makes the current lag by 90 degrees behind the voltage, this means the device will not receive high voltage and high current at the same time, but high voktage low cirrent fiest and then low voltage high current. an inductor doesn't dissipate energy, just sends it back.
A capacitor does the exact opposite, stores emergy in itself-resisting voltage change, sending high cureent first with low voltage and only then the opposite. This reduces impedance kf the circuit, inductor increases it.
