This might be a bit too technical but I simply cannot find information on this:

I am trying to remove the fan shroud on an EVGA RTX 3080ti FTW3 and replace them with Noctua fans. However, this product specifically has protruding metal tabs that prevent ziptying fans flatly on the heatsink unless I want to have around a 5mm gap between the fans and the heatsink which is not good.

I tried searching for non-destructive solutions (I'm not gonna dremel this thing in case I need the warranty), but nobody seems to have done a fan replacement and deshroud specifically for the EVGA FTW3 3080ti.

If anyone can find some tips or provide them, that would be great. Thanks.
