You should just check the /a/ archives on desuarchive I think. If you look for old Madoka threads from like, the year Rebellion released, onwards, you should eventually stumble upon it.
And yeah, if I really do know what you're talking about, that was indeed a photoshopped screenshot from the Anime. There's this very specific place I remember that still was from. In the show, outside the school, there's this park-like area. A pathway, trees, a clear blue sky.
