I need a windows app that allows me to unzip multiple files at once, in bulk

For a good comparison point, I need something that works like Winzip and Breezip, but free.

I used Twitter Media Downloader, due to Musk fucking up twitter's API the dev can no longer allow it to scrape entire profiles, so I need to download each image individually. And unzip individually, which is a pain.

For convenience, I would like for unzipped files to also maintain "Date created" and "Date modified" the same way Breezip and Winzip do when unzipping a file. Breezip only alllows me to unzip one file at a time, and winzip is not free. Only free trail.
