My Win10 laptop seems to freeze when I close the lid and then open it back up. It stays black and wont respond. Same happens when I shut down: the "shutting down..." text stays on screen but nothing happens.

Doesnt happen every time, maybe 40-50% of the time so I dunno mate.
RAM memory check was fine.
