I have no idea how exactly the sony xperia works but if it's anything like the old samsungs form around that time, it's borderline impossible without the right tools and know-how and there is no quick neat hack, key combination or usb connection you can use to bypass the phone password.
these older samsungs have a built-in chip that's used in the factory and by certified repair shops to access the OS. it's very specific chip you can connect to using very specific cable, then you can check the stored encrypted lock value and compare it to existing lists with values.
but if you expect to be told to connect to usb and enter these 4 bridge commands and bypass it youre out of luck
