I don't know how you call the musical terms, but does this have a name ?
maybe I'm wrong but I seem certain "resemblance" between one and the other, but I doubt it's a "rip-off" as the sound isn't "exactly the same" (unless I'm wrong on that), for me it's just a "feeling of resemblance".
