I am looking for a movie that I watched when I was a kid.

The film is an American black comedy made in the late 90s early 2000s.
It follows the adventures of two friends who want to get away on a summer vacation to meet hot women. One of them has a job at a fast food place, but he gets fired early in the movie. There is a scene where the boss wants to call the fired guy's father to inform him of his son's misbehavior, but the guy's friend answers the call and pretends to be his father.
