I've had my laptop for about 8 years and im considering wiping it and putting on a new os since its getting pretty slow.
I've used Debian, Kali, and Black Arch a bit via VMs but have never used anything but windows for a daily driver
I'm thinking of using Arch, but I've seen a few threads on /g/ with people calling Arch bloated which I haven't heard before, so now I'm wondering what distro should I use?

I need the laptop for predominantly web stuff (YouTube, light webdev), basic blender work, and some gaming (90% Dawn of War); so while I'm concerned about bloat, I don't really need very much out of the system; frankly I'm not even 100% set on using a GUI

Any thoughts or recommendations?
