I'm not a huge anime fan, never was, but I kinda want to get back in, so I decided to start researching the big 3 because, well they are THE BIG 3 and my radar landed on bleach but it is more than 100 ep long. Is It worth spending my precious time on it?

Just watch the new seasons if you're unsure, they cover arc 3 (out of 3). It's simple enough to follow. If you like it you can go back and watch the first two arcs in the old anime.

I've read the entire manga and I feel nothing for the characters. It's Bleach what's there to feel. I'm just here to see flashy designs and big fights

Now, read? The manga? Yes, absolutely, master piece and one of my favourite japanese works ever.

The new anime is also good and you could check it, but not without reading a ton of the manga first.

...the anime, that is. Jokes aside you should read the manga. I heard the anime is serviceable and it has great music, but the filler and scene cutting is too much to be worth it. Just look at the fights animated if you want after you finish reading. This is more a suggestion but don't read the colored version your first go. Kubo is a master at utilizing the black and white contrast to enhance his art.

Bleach is what got me into anime/manga. It's pretty great until episode 60ish, then the quality is a bit inconsistent with each season. Most of the filler is not great either.

Like some of the other anons have said, the manga is probably better, but I would still watch the anime. The music and voice acting makes it more enjoyable than the manga at times, and I say this as someone who almost always prefers manga.

tldr: watch until the end of the Soul Society arc
