Title, I can’t get scared by anything. I grew up watching horror films, slashers, and so on, I also grew up playing a bunch of horror games like silent hill and manhunt.>1. Nothing illegal >2. No shitty jumpscares >3. No file downloads, I’m not risking a virus. >4. Nothing that requires my personal information.

There are various horror manga out there, but they may seem tame to you. Some have fairly reasonable stories too and are well-written without gimmicks or jumpscares. I recomend this one:

Might be kind of a dumb recommendation but, if you haven't really played many horror games other than those, I'd recommend trying out some first person ones. I don't get scared by films or third person horror games but first person games can really get to me. Alien Isolation with some good headphones would be my suggestion.
