I first heard it in the second episode of Ikusa Otome Valkyrie 2, and by chance, I found it in some dead Godzilla MMO from 1998. I've been trying to find any credits on both, to see if they mention the music libraries they might have taken it from - but so far no luck. Likewise, none of the publicly available music recognizers (AHA, for example) have given me any clues.
