I've been trying too reseach this but why is my facial hair lighter then my head hair?

My hair is a level 5 or 6 But my facial hair is a blondeish color and you can see it well over my skin tone why is this?

I can't seem to find a reason why this is, Because its supposed too be the same color as my Body hair and head hair but it is blonde
