I have bought this set a couple of years ago for a great discount, is this hair clipper a good model which should last me years?
The hair clipper is a Wahl 09243-2616 and doesn't use a battery

What would classify as clipper oil? Mine didn't come with any bottle of it.
Also, why use oil at every use?

Yes, I can think of a suitable oil that a sweatshop worker could easily obtain. Do you work at a sweatshop? ______ _______ oil is cheap as dirt in third world countries, and costs about the same as clipper oil in first world countries. But you've put the goalposts for your help in outer space, cause if I search on Flipkart for clipper oil, I still turn up some random kind of clipper oil.

Olive or canola oil will both work fine, or better still if you have WD-40 or 5W-30 on hand. Probably not worth buying any just for this small use though
