Looking for action adventure anime.
-Has a lot of badass fighting with swords/martial arts/magic (not guns gunfights in anime are always dogshit)
-Looks good
-Gender balanced cast with cool guys and cute hot girls
-Full adaptation or original
-No "I'll let the murderer go and kill more people because killing is wrong" bullshit

Pretty well known : Sword Art online, Shangri La frontier, Eminence in Shadow (kind of), Jujutsu Kaisen.
Demon Slayer if you're 5 years old, Black Clover if you're under 5 years old. Wistoria wand and Sword looks like it will be a bit better than Black Clover.
Hell's paradise.
I've heard there's a remake of Rurouni Kenshin, but I havent watched it.

What >>1459244 said, but I think teens and adults can somewhat enjoy Demon Slayer too. (I am writing this as an MLP fan, so I am biased or have a certain perspective towards kid's shows.) Other than that:
- One Punch Man. Don't remember if I had any complaints about this.
- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. I think this is overrated and has some filler, but some people think it is cool or really cool.
- Naruto was OK. Maybe stop watching it when you get to a bunch of filler episodes (sometime after the big waterfall fight between two of the main characters). By >>1459244's logic Naruto is like for babies IIRC; also Naruto's animation quality is lesser than the others in the list here.
- My Hero Academia was stupid, but had its moments. I didn't think it was too boring. Maybe stop watching it at the raiding a Yakuza compound part.

Yeah I get very bored by Naruto. My flatmates in college had this tradition where they would watch Naruto almost non stop for several days after the exams were finished (which lasted 2 weeks three times a year). I would go to the TV room at 8pm and Naruto and his were flying on their way to a big fight, and I would come back at 7am, and 9 episodes later the fight had hardly begun and would go slowly on for the rest of the season.

Demon Slayer in very good imo. I have the impression they were going for a cheap anime and the artists went way over expectations. Shiina Go's music, the visuals, the story progression and a lot of the characters are very nice and well thought (except for Nezuko, a stereotypical example of a non-character).
But it is mainly marketed at kids, with the (often extremely stupid) slice of life moments and the mugen train filler season.

I never said I really liked any of that shit. I watched those because it wasn't too boring and had some neat parts and storied. One Piece was too boring so I basically dropped it (will maybe suffer through it later).

Was do you think is top quality?

With Naruto, yes it felt like there was filler ever before the aforementioned bunch of filler episodes. With Demon Slayer, the moments were they tried to be funny fell flat for me.
