Look up local electronic repair shops in your area and ask them if they can give you a quote for the repair. My advice is to consider buying a new TV. Its probably going to cost almost as much as replacing the TV with a new one.

can't tell, depends on where you live and what the TV is. try looking up local repair shops, they'll tell you what it would cost.
