I'm look for a way to make videos into high quality gifs; I sometimes see parts in anime or cartoons I wanna make into gifs, but I have no idea how to do it.

all the tutorials I see keep telling to use photoshop or something adobe; but I rather not give them my money for a sometimes thing.

are there any programs / tutorials vids on how to do this? the only program I have is Kdenlive
