Unplug power supply from AC and push power button on computer to discharge capacitors
Look in manual how to clear cmos and clear it
Try to power back on computer and get in bios
Were you able to get any error codes that your motherboard will show? Check manual for the error codes. Beeps, flashing lights, codes on LED on mobo etc.
Might need to RMA the video card or motherboard etc. Hard to say what the issue is without error codes.
Before this happened did you check to see if you needed a firmware update on your motherboard for anything critical?
