•uninstall Google Chrome ;
•install MS Edge instead ;
•tear hair out in frustration ;
•demolish offending device(s) with sledge-hammer & bin all the bits (of hardware, with or without the binary digits) ;
•purchase traditional paper-based magazine(s) from reputable newsagent(s) ;
•hang magazines, in usual rest-room, on a loop of string ;
•tear individual mazazine sheets off, to use as emergency toilet paper.
