I'm not getting into the "fag pipeline" necessarily but it seems especially like a problem with how modern culture treats sexuality and friendship in general.
The 'pregnant femboy Loona' shit feels like a weird symptom of this, you have people who are either so gay they've nearly wrapped around to being straight again, or people who have such a strange relationship with women that they basically want to impregnate one but are so turned off by them they have to justify it by making the woman a guy in their minds.
