I've tried every diet imaginable because as an athlete I want to have optimal performance. A vegan low-fat diet gives me the ability to perform at a far higher level. The only concern being B12 and protein.
Meat's only real advantage is it's protein content and even that is harder to process than plant proteins. I could go into the mechanisms of this in detail but nu/pol/ is so low-IQ and insolent against real information there's no point bothering.
I was going to point you in the direction of stir-frys and pot-lucks, things that are easy to prepare and delicious. But it seems you'd rather cope with your Jewish goyslop. Enjoy the consequences of your choices.
