1: You aren't 100% incorrect. Increasing fitness and strength isn't correlated with an increase in life span at a 1 to 1, but this point is so incredibly useless and stupid to make that it's not really worth saying. Literally no one is arguing that getting swole enough to bench 5 plates will make you live longer. Benching 5 plates is an accomplishment in itself. It's like you screeching "hurr, learning to play Wayward Son on the guitar won't make you live longer". No, it won't, but some of us like to accomplish things in our lives.
2: Though not 100%, you are mostly wrong. You haven't done any basic research. People who engage in constant cardio have the healthiest hearts and cardiovascular systems. Strength training increases bone density. And though there isn't yet a methodological proof of exercise eliminating cancer, we do have statistical evidence that a sedentary lifestyle is highly associated with cancer.
In other words, your thread is very low quality because you, the OP, are a low quality person.
