>>20324321I seasoned it perfectly. There was a gross and thick layer of fat that I had to peel off, and that didn't get all the fat still. The last 2 cuts of lamb I was able to buy were far superior. I have some bacon wrapped chuck tender filets and sirloin filets left to cook before I go shopping next. Might stick w/ chicken for a while after that.
